《最后一天》

终于来到最后一天。最后一天，在云顶马来西亚集团上班。

好多错愣的人，不住追问我离开的原因。

两年了。我捱过了两年。因为我是用捱的，所以，我必须要离开。因为，这间公司，要我涉入赌场生意，所以我非离开不可。最重要的事，我的全心和全人，在紧紧的两年里，几乎被消磨得奄奄一息……然而，一切靠着上帝的恩典，我终于排除重重的患难，光荣离开了。

的确，若没有上帝，什么都成就不了。

从这一件事情，我学习了果断。

终于，我可以坦然抛下，这里的一切一切：

第一、清水岩庙：我被下令实行的special project，就是推广清水岩庙的生意，把它成为东南亚其中一个著名旅游景点。这个我寄托太多理想和心思的工程，正正是我在云顶马来西亚集团里，做得最错的一件事。

第二、一个情绪化的直线上司：她的一切喜怒哀乐，牵扯着我的工作情绪。到最后，她更是对我怀着心病……

第三、没有意义的Sales Target：公司得最根本收入来源，就是赌场生意。我们这一群行销战士，对老板而言，仅是一个不起眼的小兵。无论你买得多好，你的行销业绩，在他们眼里，只是沙漠中的一粒沙。这就是为什么，我在这里已经两年了，薪金微薄得低于马币两千块。

第四、永无止境的烦恼与问题，且我重复，是没有解决方案的问题。

以上供词，根本不便于跟上司面对面直言，只好在这里，吐真言了。失礼失礼。

然而，能够让我待上两年，不无原因。最可取之处，就是公司里，一些很要好的同事，还有，一些和我已经变成朋友的客户。这些情谊，也是最放不下的东西。

所以，结论是：The problem is not your client, but to deal with the company complicated management's ridiculous rules & regulations, policies etc etc...

Goodbye everyone! As today, 10 February 2010, is my very last working day in Genting Malaysia Berhad.

This is a difficult decision. Many things have to left behind when this decision is final for me to leave Genting Malaysia Berhad, and to take some risks, to step in a brand new industry.

Yet, there's only one thing will never ever gonna change, that's the FRIENDSHIP here, the thing I treasure the most, deep down inside my heart, wherever I go.

This have been an amazing journey for me, as I used to be lacking of self confidence and many other areas. And yet, because of your patience, guidance, and helping hands, I manage to overcome all the difficulties!

I valued all your advices and time spent with me, that had given me so much of encouragement to sail on my brand new adventurous journey...
